  I spoke to Walter, the branch manager in Amsterdam, and arranged the purchase of a Roland FP-10 to my pleasant surprise the electric piano was delivered the same day, on a Saturday, by Walter himself! Clavis are very reliable and trustworthy

  Highly recommended. Stellar service, great selection, free delivery. Hard to imagine how a piano shop could be better. I bought a digital piano here in early 2021. Unfortunately due to global production problems at Yamaha, it wasn't available immediately — but Clavis provided a free loaner piano in the meantime. When the real piano was finally ready months later, it was skillfully delivered/assembled in a tight Amsterdam home. Walter was a very helpful, knowledgeable and low-pressure salesman. He even went out of his way to help me transport a drum kit out of my apartment (much appreciated!).

  Very unhelpful staff. We entered the store and the guy, who was sitting on a chair, didn't even move. I had to ask whether I could try the pianos. Maybe I was out of luck since most reviews seem to be positive. The store is surprisingly large and has a very good selection of pianos that you can try, from acoustic to digital. Note that they only have digital pianos from Roland and Yamaha, but if you're looking for one of those you can try them here. In summary, I don't believe I'd have good assistance if I ever had trouble given how indifferent the staff was to the fact we were even there trying to buy a piano, so I just gave up on the purchase.

  They guided us to buy an excellent instrument that makes me happy every day. A few keys started to squeeze a bit after a few months. I called the shop, and two days later an expert showed up to fix them. Excellent service. Very happy customer.
