  I am so happy that I found Body Masters and specifically work with Angela as well! She has really helped me with understanding how to include nutrition and fitness as part of a sustainable lifestyle, I am not only physically stronger but also feel mentally so much more calmer and positive. I can exercise without back pain, and she really works with your personal needs. Always having a fun time at training too! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

  Since I started my journey with Angela from Body Masters, not only have I lost more than 20 kg - but I have also fully switched to a healthy lifestyle and finally witnessed progress towards an amazing transformation of my body. Angela has the knowledge and skills to provide guidance that is based on you as an individual.   Life changer! This was my experience with Angela, who helped me to lose 12 kilos in a way I've never done before: Healthy and EASY! Losing weight for me was a big trouble during my whole life, all specialists I went to, only managed to help me temporarily and never focused on teaching me how to eat healthy and acquire the habits I needed not to gain the weigh back. When I met Angela, she did really help me out for good, not a temporary fix, she did heal me. I am really happy because she did really change my life! Now I know how to eat and take care of myself, I enjoy my diet which contains much more than what I used to eat before and this is really easy going! I am amazed that losing weight was so easy! And this comment comes from someone who struggled with this since her childhood. Thank you Angela! Meeting you was one of the best things ever happened to me!

  I’ve been training with Niels for two years and would highly recommend him. Niels keeps the workouts challenging and interesting with varied programs that change from session to session. He’s also happy to customize workouts to fit specific requests. I’ve seen a steady improvement in my strength since I’ve started working with him and find the training to be a perfect complement to my yoga regime.
