  With expectations of a Canadian or an American version of the Apple store which is, a technology temple decided to beautiful products, the space of this Apple store does not disappoint. What is disappointing about this store is the staff. We have come to expect vibrant, energetic and friendly staff mingling with customer and enthusiastically showing the products. The main level of this store is devoid customer and with substantial number of staff hanging around clustering together in conversation. As we walked amongst the products, I have NEVER seen so many staff trying to avoid eye contact. The entire main level had the vibe of animosity. Walking up to next level where the Genius Bar is located, there were a few customer interactions. As we walked around looking at robotic items, a weird looking security guy started to tail us. We left shortly after. As we were leaving, we did witness staff members interacting with customers. At that time, and I do not use this as a reason in my reviews, I suspected bias. This experience left me with a great sense of disappointment to experience this level of ignorance from staff members representing products I love, own, use daily and as a company shareholder.

  Na een verkeerd advies van de verkoper de Macbook Pro teruggebracht en een tegoedbon gekregen met de mededeling dat het tegoed bedrag binnen 5 werkdagen terug op mijn rekening zou staan. Na 18 dagen nog steeds geen geld terug !!! gaat over 3400,00 Als ik bel met referentienummer over de teruggaven wordt er nu al 5 dagen gezegd dat het goed komt maar dat ik geduld moet hebben !!! Ik zei dan kom ik wel naar de winkel maar de telefonische medewerker zei dat dat geen zin had omdat hij niet wist of er wel een manager beschikbaar is.....Heeft iemand een suggestie?

  Altijd snel geholpen en het gaat altijd lekker vlot en makkelijk. Makkelijk te bereiken en je komt er ook nog eens vaak bekende Nederlanders tegen, maakt het ook wel even extra leuk! Mijn Iphone 7 plus werkte niet meer naar toebehoren, en binnen een halfuurtje was die omgeruild voor een gloednieuwe toestel. Ik was verbaasd dat het zo snel en gemakkelijk kon gaan. Normaal is het altijd zo'n gedoe met garantie en dergelijke, alleen hier heb ik dus ervaren dat het ook makkelijk kan! Leuke medewerker en was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Deze Apple store moet voorgoed blijven hier in Amsterdam 5 sterren waardig!

  Beautiful store, friendly staff, product shelves are stocked. Its two stories and very open air feeling. The sales people have some cool stories with all of the tourists coming and going, and we didn't have to wait too long to get help once we asked someone. The Genius Bar looks out onto the street through some open windows. I would imagine the place looks gorgeous at night.

  Miła obsługa, konieczne jest wcześniejsze umówienie.
