  Despite small station size has a variety of eating and shopping options. Station was built in 1939 and still contains impressive original murals as well as a statue. Convenient links available for train, tram, metro and bus.

  No free passing from amstelplein to the stores. Toilets are not free. Albert Heijn has chaotic check out registers and the people plow through. Waiting area is already run down and dirty. Busstation also chaotic. Too bad for such a nice old landmark.

  Multiple modes of public transportation: taxis, busses, metro, trains, NS bike rental, and even Green Wheels car sharing

  The station is well connected. Plenty of transportation options to the outskirts of Amsterdam

  Great station, with a good store (Ah to Go) and some fast food places. You have a train track and 3 metro lines.
