  Positive outcome! Seegers & Lebouille advocaten is one of the best law firm in Amsterdam. Mr. Swart especialy, represents the highest form of integrity and professionalism. She rescued me from the eviction of the almighty Housing Corporation at the court. Very very responsive to your case. Even the receptionist at the firm are very helpful with making free photocopies of documents that you may need to be delivered to Mr. Swart. Count yourself lucky if Mr. Swart has the time to take up your case ************************************************** ************* Positive outcome!   Extremely bad law firm !! I really advise everyone not to go into the sea with these bruises. In the end I had to do all the work myself and had a lot of problems with lawyer Doornbos. That man's head isn't good. Contradicts his own words and denies having said / then what he himself sent by email. Is more on the side of the counterparty than he does his work as your lawyer. This office really does NIKS and has 0% knowledge of the law. I wonder how these lawyers could have qualified themselves at all. I had to google everything myself, the lawyer even had to teach / learn the law, did the negotiations myself that were said to be never accepted and voila, I was able to prevent and won the case myself. Stay far away from this company! You are all warned. Arriving at the counterparty with a lawyer from this firm will cause you a big shame and a damaged name.

  Ms. Helliga has turned my lawsuits and justice into a nightmare! Not only did she make an agreement with the opposing lawyer in a confrontational divorce to join forces and commit character murder at my address, she has also deliberately lied to me on several occasions about deadlines, documents to be submitted and her legal representation . For example, she first gave me assignments to compose pieces and then when I came up with them (which she had not expected) she indicated that she was not needed anyway. I then urged her to submit the documents to the court because they provide a good and substantiated explanation of my side of the case. After all, we had nothing to offer as a rebuttal and evidence, but the opposing party did. She started spinning around and after repeated requests she indicated that she had submitted some of the documents. This turned out to be a big lie !! After investigation it turned out that she has not submitted anything to the Court in favor of my case !!! Months of work (mine because she did nothing) is gone After I have caught her several times in lazy legal behavior / harmful favoritism, the deliberate cooperation in character murder at my address, lying about documents and data, I have given up my trust in her. Here too, Mrs. Hellinga made a show of it and lied about it in court. There was 1 last hearing that I did not want to have represented by her, yet she indicated to the court that it was not me but she that she had terminated the trust in me! Disgusting. Lying is apparently her second nature and with that she played into the hand of the opponent in the last session! Downright inhumane how Mrs. Hellinga can get her clients into more trouble than they were before they came to her door. She takes care of the final blow with her own hands and shakes up your whole world just because she doesn't feel like her job because of a pregnancy and because she prefers to make deals with her lawyer friends that make her life a lot easier. In the meantime, she shamelessly collects my hard-earned money and has left a terribly miserable and untrue image of me in the Court that does not even remotely affect how I really put together. Character murder! Lies! Money beating! Emotional damage! And a 10-0 backlog in court! That's what Mrs. Hellinga has given me her "good" services. She should be relieved without honor given the oath and promises she violates foot and leg !!!
