  Poor after sale service. I bought a Omega watch in March 2019 at Ace Koningsplein (the watch's worth is more than 6000€). Unfortunately the watch got stolen a few months later. I went to Ace (twice) to ask for a copy of the purchase receipt for insurance claim. After going again and providing the requested information, I never heard back from them. Quite disappointing I must say.

  I would just like to say thanks to Ace jewelers and Tamarah For my purchase of my tag Heuer watch. Tamarah was great helping me and Ordered my watch on Wednesday and had it shipped to San Diego receiving it on Tuesday. The watch is one of the most expensive things I’ve ever bought and it’s absolutely gorgeous I really appreciate their help and professionalism thanks to Ace jewelers

  2 months ago I've ordered a rubber strap for my watch. This went really fast, I was surprised and satisfied with the process. Went into the store to have my strap replaced, and they somehow managed to scratch my watch multiple times. They spent more than 30 minutes on changing the strap, claimed original pin is not the right size. Lugs were badly scratched when they tried to force pins in. Next day, after noticing the scratches, I've contacted them and they essentially accused me of doing those myself with a screwdriver. Manufacturer acknowledged this and replaced my case, but from Ace & Spyer only bad experienced remained.
